Georgian Dining The Black Bull offers great food and a warm welcome seven days a week, all year round. Choose one of our inviting dining areas – Relax in the informal surroundings of the Harness Room Bar for a gastro-pub lunch Get everyone round the table in the cosy lounge bar after a bracing day on the hills Or book a special occasion in our elegant Georgian dining room, which seats up to forty We use only the best quality local beef, lamb, fish and seasonal game, all prepared to order by owner/chef Maureen Rennie. The same seasonal menu is served throughout with a selection of specials on the board. Take a look at a sample menu to whet your appetite. And for our hotel guests who have had a successful day on the river, we’ll happily prepare your catch for dinner! Dining Times: Lunch - noon to 2.30pm Evenings - 5pm to 9pm Please note that booking is advisable, particularly at weekends. Special Occasions at the Black Bull Just ask about booking one of our dining areas – or even the whole hotel – for your special occasion and we’ll help plan the perfect menu for you and your guests. Children Children under ten are welcome until 8pm (except in the Harness Room Bar). A separate children’s menu is available. Please ask if you need a high chair. There are baby changing facilities in the ladies toilets. The Harness Room Bar is open from: Monday to Friday > noon to 2.30pm and from 5pm Saturday > noon to midnight Sunday > noon to 11pm
